She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Temple and Anna Temple (Applegate). She is survived by: her husband Chester I. Creasy; her daughters, Pala Jo Crawford (Dennis Lane) of Muncy and Pamela Pittenger (Steve) of Danville; her brothers, Ronald Temple (Norma) of Muncy and Robert Temple (Jayne) of Millville; her grandchildren, Taylor Ann Weidenbach (Matthew), Alaire Wood and Alyssa Cole (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Brycen, Ashton, Kailan, Ava and Kailey.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made in Patricia's memory to either Messiah Lutheran Church, 2041 State Route 442, Muncy, PA 17756, or the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
