He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Chakan Okopal; his children, Mary Starta (Chris) of Ingomar, Michael Okopal (Becki) of Lower Burrell, Thomas J "Buddy" Okopal (Carol) of Clarksburg and David Okopal (Jamie) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Kayla (Eric Starta), Allison, Makenzie (Jake Okopal), Emilie (Abbie Okopal) and Ryan (Logan Okopal); and his siblings, Nick Okopal (Linda) of Oakdale and Carole Okopal of Homer City.
