He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Susan Urban, Jr. (Sharon); and his siblings, Robert "Bob", Richard J. Urban and Betty Gais.
He is survived by: his children, Harold W. "Will" Urban, Jr. of Chicago, Lana Eileen Fink of Indiana, Lorraine Kay Smith (John) of Clarksburg and Linda Arleen Ciuca of Upper Burrell; and his pet Bambi. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; also many extended family members, and a ton of friends.
To honor his roots, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that you plant a tree in memory of Harold W. Urban.
