He is survived by: his mother Pat Leasure of Indiana; his sister Sherri Jorgenson (Jon); his nieces, Kayla and Nicole; his nephew Joe Jorgenson of Clarksburg; his stepdaughters, Dawn Warywoda (Dave) and Bobbi Jefferson (Jay); and his stepgrandchildren, Legend, Wyatt, Easton and Lily. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
