It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Okopal (Clarksburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chakan and Mary Fellot Chakan; her husband Thomas Okopal; and her siblings, Gloria Urban, Robert, John and Leonard Chakan.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Starta (Chris) of Ingomar, Michael Okopal (Becki) of Lower Burrell, Thomas "Buddy" Okopal (Carol) of Clarksburg and David Okopal (Jamie) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Kayla (Eric Starta), Allison, Makenzie (Jake Okopal), Emilie (Abbie Okopal) and Ryan (Logan Okopal); and her siblings, Thomas Chakan (Connie) of Ohio, Jane Encisco of New Kensington, Darlene Woodrow of Blarisville, Janice Thomas (Tom) of Saltsburg and Irene Fulton (Bob) of Clarksburg. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
