He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Watkins and Mariam Robenthan Watkins; and his brother Burton Watkins Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dolsen Watkins; his daughters, Betsy Warburton and Amy Watkins; his granddaughter Alicia Kinney (Patrick); his great grandchildren, Zack, Zoey and Andrew Kinney; and his brother Thomas.
