He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas John and Elizabeth Phillips (Evans). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Klapec Phillips; his daughter Tara Houlihan (Patrick); his grandchildren, Sharon, Joseph, Peyton and Gabrielle; and his brother Gary Phillips (Carol) of Kingston.
