He was predeceased by: his parent Guy Penny; and his brother Paul Penny. He is survived by: his spouse Madeline Riccio Penny; his parent Grace Pratt; his stepchildren, Mary Ann Mueller (Matthew) and Andrea Yerger (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Alayna, Bridget, Anthony, Nick and Rachel.
