She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kowalchick and Grace DiSavino Kowalchick; and her siblings-in-law, Ann Marie King and Edward Sadauskas. She is survived by: her husband Michael Vacendak; her sons, Brian, Matthew (Alyssa) and Dalton; her sister Mary Ann Sadauskas; her niece Maria Dreisbach (Chester); her nephew Edward Sadauskas (Laura); and her daughter-in-law Alyssa (Maureen Perrotti).
