She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Reilly; her parents, Albert Semon and Elizabeth Dennis Semon; and her siblings, Charlotte Kane, Elizabeth Jones, Edith Pugh, Elwood Semon, Maynard Semon and Barry Semon.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Benzeleski and Michele Reilly (Scott Twp); and her grandson Shane Webb. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews.
