She was predeceased by: her parents, Benson Norton and Myrtle Norton. She is survived by: her son William Fischer, III (Vicki); her grandchildren, William "Liam" and Mia; her sister-in-law Janet Norton; her nephews, Floyd Norton and Tim (Alex Norton); her niece Terry (Steve Gibson); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Casey Markam, Kahli (Tyler Quate), Tina Norton and Carl Norton; and also, Charleigh Norton and Waverlee Quate.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that a donation be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
