It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Cooper Phillips of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Harold B. Cooper and Beatrice Cooper; her brother Harold B. "Scooge" Cooper; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Isaacs "Betsey" Cooper. She is survived by: her former husband John D. "Jack" Phillips; her niece Constance; her nephews, Thomas and Harold III; her friends, Shirley Rosencrance and Joyce Snedeker; her close friend Joe; her daughter Perri May; and her granddaughters, Kira and Kyli May.
Donations in Mom's honor may be made to the Countryside Conservancy in support of her passionate commitment to local conservation efforts.
