He is survived by: his parents, Robert Sr. Jacoby and Karen Jacoby of Crystal River, FL; his daughter Breanne Ryan (Mike); his grandson Shane; his siblings, Donna Stangline (Dave) of Spring Brook, PA and David Jacoby (Amy) of Clarks Summit, PA; his nephews, Sean McDonough of Orlando, FL, Eric and Scott Jacoby of Clarks Summit, PA; and his niece Corinne Jacoby of Clark Summit, PA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
