He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Pahoski Holden; his parents, Robert Holden and Elizabeth Miles Holden; and his siblings, Richard Holden (Pat) and Diane.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Owens (Robert) and Robert Holden (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Shana Slaybaugh (Chris), Joshua Owens (Megan), Rachel Bennett (Cody), Hannah Bartling (John), Joseph Owens (Sarah), Caleb Owens (Kaylee), Seth Owens (Rachel), Levi Owens (Dori) and Elias Owens; his brother David Holden (Betty); and his pet Pepper. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc. (418 S State St, Clarks Summit, PA 18411). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Countryside Community Church (14011 Orchard Dr, Clarks Summit, PA 18411). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at the Abington Hills Cemetery (800 Morgan Hwy, South Abington Township, PA 18411).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Countryside Community Church.
