With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita P Cantrick of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, born in Chardon, Ohio, who passed away on June 20, 2020 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Collier and Rhea Smith Collier; her husband Jonathan Cantrick; and her siblings, Duane, Kenneth, Cecil, Murray, Virgil and Ruby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Ann Ellsworth (Donald) and Joan Lee Stout (Robert) of Orwigsburg, PA; her sister Carolyn Ellis of Texas; her brother-in-law David Cantrick of Painesville; her daughter Judy Ellsworth (Don) of Clarks Summit, PA; and her grandchildren, Donald Ellsworth, Jr. (Becky), Geoffrey Elsworth (Susan), Jennifer Crispell (David), Stanton Frey (Joyce), Brett Frey (Micah), Ashley Galarza (David) and Stephanie Vietmeier (Adam). She is also survived by great grandchildren and great great granddaughters; nieces and nephews.
