He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Levy and Elaine Bielefeld Levy; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Nancy Ceccacci. He is survived by: his wife Paula Ceccacci; his sons, Brian and Justin; his sister Barbra Goldberg (Howard); his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Steiner (Mike), Erica Horodniceanu (Eran), Michael O'Malley (Lauren), Nancy Fisch (Robert) and Shawna Marx (Danny); and his siblings-in-law, Cheri O'Malley and Shawn O'Malley. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
