He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Sr. Foy and Mary Wasilefski Foy. He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Tomolonis of Shavertown and Aubrey Verdekal (James) of Mountain Top; his stepsons, Frank Gallo of Chattanooga, TN and Christopher Gallo (Veronica) of Monroe, CT; and his brother Charles E. Foy Jr. (Barbara) of Nanticoke, PA. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
