He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Bell and Loraine Rossman Bell; and his brother Paul Bell. He is survived by: his children, Rick Bell (Marie) of Jacksonville, FL, Tom Bell (Chandra) of Clarks Summit, Leile Saxe (Charles) of Clarks Summit, Loraine Bell of Harveys Lake and Lynda Hall (Greg) of Tunkhannock; his grandchildren, Daniel of Charles, III, Christian, Lauren, Jessica, Ally, Dylan, Sadie and T. J.; his great grandchild Ryan; and his siblings, David of Alabaster, Gilbert of Easton, Connecticut and Susan Elumba of Danbury, Connecticut..
