He was predeceased by: his former wife Florence Lukasiewicz Krenitsky; his parents, Metro Krenitsky and Anna Sucheniak Krenitsky; and his siblings, Mary Kiehart, Jean Barkofsky, Tillie Albini, Michael, Nicholas, Thomas, Joseph, Ted and John Krenitsky.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Spatt Kriegler Krenitsky; his children, Karen Gartner (Brent), Dr. Peter Krenitsky (Susan Sebastianelli) and Dr. Kevin Krenitsky (Kathleen); his stepdaughter Faith (Fred Middleton); and his siblings, Helen Brojack, William and Myron (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
