Mustaikis (Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 22, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Martin and Joan Martin (Lloyd); and her former husband Dominic Mustaikis. She is survived by: her daughter Lauren Boldt (Charles); her granddaughters, Kendall Rose, Brooklyn Paige and Payton Elise Boldt; her sister Kristen Rose (Anthony); her nephews, Casey Martin and Jordan Patrick Rose; and also, Hubertus, Tony and Dalton.
She was a supportive health care provider for individuals in their homes for over 20 years, working primarily with individuals suffering with Alzheimer's Disease.
