He was predeceased by: his sister Dorothy Jacobson; and his brother-in-law Mollar Jacobson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rippon-Notari; his stepchildren, Lisa Longstreet (Sam) of Clarks Summit and Christopher Notari (Janel) of Clarks Summit; his children, Owen Byrne Jr., Louise Timbers, Vilma Kuttner and Elizabeth Haskill; and his grandchildren, Erica Longstreet, Tyler Longstreet, Nicholas Notari, Lauryn Notari, Katrina, Kyloe Timbers and Andrew Kuttner.
