With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Oliver Richards Jr. of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father J. Oliver Richards. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his son J. Oliver Richards III (Gretchen); his stepdaughters, Lynn Cosner, Jill Nicolosi (John) and Gail Novak (Robert); and his sister Joann (Carter). He is also survived by step-grandsons, a step-greatgranddaughter, nieces and nephews.
