She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Chick" Smith and Catherine Baker Smith; and her cousins, Robert Baker and Sharon Wade. She is survived by: her cousins, James "Terry" Baker (Mary Kay) of Clarks Summit, PA, Kathleen Palermo of Williamstown, NJ and Patricia Pelton (David) of Clifford Township, PA; and her caregiver John Holmes. She is also survived by numerous friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations were sent to the Dessin Animal Shelter, 138 Miller Drive, Honesdale, PA 18431.
