She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Stefanelli; her parents, George Mlinarsky and Olga Gambal Mlinarsky Kostiak; and her brothers, Harry, Gene Michael and Joseph Kostiak.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Jessica Kostiak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
