He was predeceased by: his former wife Marlene Grudeski Ferko; his parents, Francis Ferko and Margaret Soden Ferko; and his siblings, Charles and Margie Longstreet.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Peck Ferko; his children, Sandra Agentowicz (Edward) and Leslie Ferko, Jr. (Donna); his grandchildren, Zakkary, Kayla Agentowicz, Taylor, Eric and Taralyn Ferko; and his great grandchild Kingston Ferko.
