John R. Gallagher Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John R. Gallagher (Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 6, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Martin P. Gallagher; and his son Charles. He is survived by: his parent Caroline Pope Gallagher; his children, Kathleen of Clarks Summit, Maureen of Washington, D. C., Michael P. (Los Angeles) and Martin P.; his wife Charlotte; his grandchildren, Ann Marie (James Piper), Katie (Amrafel Acosta) and Todd Gallagher; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey Piper, Jack Piper, Isabel Acosta and Aryton Acosta; and also Greensburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or other donations, the family would like a donation to be made to the Gallagher Family Fund, c/o Friends of the Poor, 2300 Adams Ave., Scranton, PA 18509.
