Onofrey of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, born in Taylor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Onofrey and Caroline Onofrey; his son David Onofrey; and his siblings, Joseph Onofrey, Catherine Gracik and Ruth Mary Trakimas.
He is survived by: his children, John Mark Onofrey (Michele), Kenneth James Onofrey, Lynn Klemick (Gib), Judith Gillette (David) and Amy Wojcik (Walter); his grandsons, John Thomas Onofrey (Kacie) and Zane Onofrey; his great grandchild Kohyn; and his pet Garrett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
