He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pivovarnik and Ann Basalyga Pivovarnik; and his brothers, Eugene and Adrian. He is survived by: his children, Kerry Berenato (David) of Sewell, N. J., John and Corey; his grandsons, Alexander, Nicholas and Jameson; and his brother Joseph (Angela). He is also survived by aunts; an uncle; nieces, nephews and cousins.
