She is survived by: her husband Philip J. Sullivan; her son Philip Jr.; her grandson Nicholas of Charlotte, NC; her son Matthew; her grandsons, Connor and Jake of Clarks Summit; her brother Norman Schreck (Myra); her niece Jennifer Boylan; and her nephew Gene Curtin.
