She was predeceased by: her husband James; her parents, Alex Malesky and Frances Malesky; her great grandchild Noah Alexander DeCicco; and her son-in-law David Lavelle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Hicks (Matthew), Lori Harris (Robert) and Debra Richards (Jonathan Cordell); her grandchildren, Christine Lavelle, Kimberly Lavelle (Patrick Sawyer), David Lavelle, James Harris, Garrett Harris, Hope Richards-Cordell and Sophia Richards-Cordell; her great grandchildren, Tyler Eremo and Landon Eremo; her brothers, Theodore, Gerald and Joseph Jakubos, Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Oliver Samuel Jakubos, Kendall Samuel Jakubos and Haley Samuel Jakubos. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Newton Ransom Volunteer Fire Company or the Arthritis Foundation.
