He was predeceased by: his uncles, Donald Evans and Ronald Evans. He is survived by: his brothers, James "Ace" Evans III, Jon "Hoss" Evans (Jodi) and Clarks Summit; his nephew Luke Evans of Clarks Summit; his significant other Kelly Mattern; his daughters, Kalina Mattern of Clarks Summit and Kyla Mattern of Clarks Summit; his aunts and uncles, Geoff Tench, Guy Tench, Greg Tench, Patti Tench and Betsy Bonini; and also Clarks Summit.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St. In lieu of flowers, the family will be setting up a wrestling scholarship in Jason's name.
