He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marie Louise Huckaby; his parents, Elmer Huckaby and Vera Huckaby (Hattenhauer); his children, Scott A. Huckaby (Kari), Stephen J. Huckaby (Costa Mesa) and Lori J. Huckaby; his grandchildren, Preston, Quinten, Deacon and Lillian Huckaby; and his siblings, John Huckaby (Gail) and Joyce Paulson (Sam).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Byron Center for an outdoor basketball hoop in honor of Jim Huckaby.
