It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Hoffman (Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania), born in Falls, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 9, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Hoffman, Marion Franz, Margaret "Peggy" Hess and Rosemary Coolbaugh. He is survived by: his spouse Susan Williams Dunleavy; his children, Thomas Hoffman of Clarks Summit, Kris Williams (Eddie) of Mayfield and Valerie Grant (Michael) of Summit, NJ; his stepchildren, Colleen McMahon (Michael) of Haverford, Susan Welsh of Clarks Summit, Mari Walker (Daniel) of Clarks Summit, Erin Dunleavy of Dalton, Tricia Dunleavy of Clarks Summit and Paula Litwin (Paul) of Factoryville; and his siblings, Chuck (Pam) of Endicott, NY and Mary Gloria Hoffman of Barnesville.
