It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Dougherty (Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dougherty and Anna Dougherty (Rouse); and his siblings, Joseph Dougherty, Dorothy Dougherty, Anna Urban, Florence Kirlin, Jane Duffin, Catherine Fluck, Grace Holsworth and Mary Mondella.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadette (Quinn); his children, Richard, Mary Davison (Brian), Patty Pivirotto (James), Annie (Andrew Clark) and Bernadette Plastow; and his grandchildren, Maura, Anna, Joseph, Thomas Pivirotto, Russell, Megan, Benjamin, June Clark, Grace and Quinn Davison.
