Hendrickson III (Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Judith Ann Babushko; his parent Robert Hendrickson; and his sister Neva Hendrickson O'Brien. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Hendrickson (Smock); his son Forest IV; his wife Lori of Clarks Summit; his siblings, Robert Twp (Maryann), Linda Dougherty (Sam), Hollidaysburg, Laura Lee (Jim Holtz) and Falls; his grandson Forest Hendrickson; and also, Scott (Kate), Philadelphia, Clifford Twp and Clarks Summit.
