She was predeceased by: her husband Robert B. Phillips, Jr.; her parents, Alfred Ernest Morris Jacob and Ethel Thompson Jacob; her siblings, Jerry, Nora and Bruce; her great grandchildren, Adam Holley and Angel Powell; and her parents-in-law, Nance Cordy, George, Betty Phillips, Deb Fedroff and Willard Lanning.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Phillips of Shawnee, Kansas, Carole Powell (Richie), Roger Phillips (Cheryl) of Scranton, Robert Phillips III (Pat) of Staatsburg, NY and Jerry Phillips (Sandee) of Clarks Summit; and also, John Lovering of Scranton and Hank Cordy. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
