She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene R. Schultheis; her parents, George Marshalek and Mary Fayocavitz Marshalek; her sons, Eugene R. Jr. and Randel Schultheis; and her siblings, George Jr., Daniel Marshalek, Ethel Zukowski, Helen Maciak, Stella Hricenak, Mary Rognoni, Josephine Scaringi and Rita Strok.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Schultheis; her grandsons, Blaise Schultheis (Brittany) of Hoboken, NJ and Ross Schultheis (Sabrina Laytos); and her sister Jean Richter.
