He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund P. Carr and Clara E. Carr; and his siblings, Janet Howells, Diane Keenan and James Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Edmund R. Carr (Terisa), Kevin Carr and Tami Carr; his grandchildren, Corey A. Carr, Emily M. Gallagher, Kaitlyn, Samantha, Jacob and Bella Carr; and his great grandchildren, Noah and Adam Carr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
