It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy McCormack of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. McCormack, Sr.; her parents, Joseph Albert and Mary Patrick Albert; her sister Betty Fields; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Albert, Jeanne, Helen McCormack, Donald Munley and Thomas McCormack.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Alice Kropp (Mike) of Clarks Summit, Shirley of Clarks Summit, Ellen McGuigan (Vince) of Clarks Summit, Robert Jr. (Jeanette) of Scranton, Susan of Scranton, Cathleen of Scranton and Patrick (Sara) of Scranton; her grandchildren, Jill Kropp, John DeMartin, Stephanie Kropp, Krysta Bosello (Kleber), Kerri Gaughan (Pat), Amy Devine (Ryan), Chris Allen (Mary Ellen), Jordan, Jaime and Patrick McCormack; her brother Jack Albert; her brothers-in-law, Ed Fields and Leo McCormack; and her uncle Gene Patrick. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
