It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Louise Lowe of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Edward Charles Lowe; her parents, Frederick P. Evans and Olive Rogers Evans; her sisters, Marilyn Singer and Ethel Joan Edmonds; and her nieces, Linda Arico and Julie Edmonds.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Glenn Singer (Alice) and Fred G. Singer; her niece Lori Vitello (Salvatore, Sr.); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Salvatore Jr., Joseph, Jeff Singer (Carol), Lisa James, Rebecca Wiley (Keith) and Patrick Ward (Andrea); and also, Rupen, Michael Singer, Nicole Malone (John), Luke Dowd (Sonya) and Amanda Dowd. She is also survived by seven great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Church of the Epiphany.
