Lozinger Sr.; her parent Clara Ellen Rowlands Carr; her children, Diane, Dianne Carson (Christine Hamm) and Jeffrey Lozinger (Noel); her brother Edmund Carr (Darlene); her grandchildren, Tyler Carson, Jacqueline Carson, Fyonna Abbott, Carissa Lozinger and Emily Lozinger; her great grandchildren, Scarlett Carson and Anni Bella Carson; and also, Scranton, Clarks Summit and Newton Twp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
