He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Owens and Mary Edwards Owens. He is survived by: his daughter Judy Belch (Jeff) of Falls; his grandchildren, David Belch (Allison) of Eaglesville, PA and Julie Haldeman (Justin, So); and his great grandchildren, Avalyn Belch, Ellie and Tommy Haldeman.
