Dale Lindholm D. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Lindholm D. of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lindholm and J. Lillian Lindholm; and his brothers, Stanley and Reuben. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Ron of Burke, VA and Cyndi Roe of Clarks Summit, PA; and his sister Carol Heideman of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was Head, Department of Kidney Diseases, Department of Medicine, Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, 1965-74; also, Chief of Nephrology, U.S. Veterans Administration Hospital, New Orleans and Charity Hospital.
