He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Sr. Kaszuba and Cecelia Bonczkiewicz Kaszuba. He is survived by: his children, Brian C. (Laurie), Heather Grzech of Dickson City and Holly Kaszuba (Scott Twp); and his granddaughter Alyssa Kaszuba.
