She was predeceased by: her daughter Kim Marie. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Evans (David), Donna Durso (Chris), Clarks Summit and Leonard Jr.; her grandchildren, Jessica, Keith, Leonard, Erik, Tiffani and Alexandra; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Tyler and Several; and also Clarks Summit. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Clarks Summit Fire Company and Ambulance Services, 321 Bedford Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411.
