He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Sampson and Ethel Bailey Sampson; his former wife Arline; and his siblings, Ronald, Selmer Sampson and Janet LaCoe.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Julie Ann Drazba; and his granddaughter Jennifer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
