We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Brian Petliski (Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania), born in Poughkeepsie, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Frank Petliski and Carol Petliski (Benfer); and his sisters, Jennefer Petliski and Stephanie Sonya Petliski. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, his cat Kitty and his niece, Kara the dog.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
