She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard F. Foley; her parents, George Border and Margaret Border (Eck); her son Richard F. Foley (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Megan Foley and Andrew Foley; her great grandchildren, Logan and Liam; and her brother Bill Border (Janet). She was also cherished by her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
