She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Shevak and Alice Bartlebaugh Shevak; her daughter Janice Valentine; and her siblings, Andrew "Murph" Negvesky and Pat Urban.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Gerald Negvesky (Anne), Jayme Negvesky (Kathlene), Dr. Jo Ann Burke (Dana) and Jerilyn Negvesky (Christopher); her sisters, Alice Savad and Rose Mary Peffer; and her grandchildren, Christopher Burke, Jake, Mason, Abby, Janice, Elizabeth and Gerald Negvesky.
