It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Awanda Elizabeth Hunt (Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Hunt; her parents, Julia Tapper and Frank Tapper; her daughter Sharon McCormick (John) of Dunmore, PA; her grandsons, Michael (Heidi) and Matthew (Erin); her great grandchildren, Cameron, Aidan, Lyla, Kessler and Rosie; her siblings-in-law, Phillip Huber and Phyllis Newman; and her pet Flora. She was also cherished by nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews.
Due to COVID-19, a private Graveside Service will be held at the family's convenience.
